Welcome to the organized life. By accessing the Qlyrex© store, app, or smart devices, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully—we’ve kept them as "clutter-free" as possible.

1. General Usage

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

  • Accuracy: We strive for perfection, but occasionally, product descriptions or pricing may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct these and cancel orders if necessary.

  • Modification: We may update our systems or these terms to better serve our community. Your continued use of the site means you’re on board with the updates.

2. Smart Tech & Software License

  • The Qlyrex© App: When you download our Inventory Management App, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You agree not to reverse-engineer our smart sensors or software.

  • Connectivity: Our Bluetooth Trackers and Smart Sensors require compatible devices and internet access. While we aim for 100% uptime, Qlyrex© is not responsible for localized Wi-Fi outages affecting sensor performance.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, designs, logos (like the Qlyrex© mark), and "Space Reimagined" copy are the exclusive property of Qlyrex©.

  • Respect the Brand: You’re welcome to share photos of your organized space on social media (we love a good transformation!), but commercial use of our brand assets requires written permission.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Secure Transactions: All payments are encrypted. By providing payment info, you confirm you are authorized to use that method.

  • Subscriptions: If you opt for premium features in our Inventory App, your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. No hidden fees, ever.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Home Safety: While our No-Drill Shelves and Wall Hooks are high-strength, Qlyrex© is not liable for damages caused by exceeding weight limits or improper installation on unsuitable surfaces (e.g., crumbling plaster or wet paint). Always follow the Qlyrex© Installation Guide.

  • Tech Usage: We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from third-party hardware interference with our Bluetooth devices.

6. Shipping & Delivery Risks

The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will always assist you in tracking and locating any "lost in transit" packages through our Support Squad.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, but we always prefer to resolve disputes like civilized, organized humans through our internal support channels first.
