  • Smart Tech & Custom Kits: Our Bluetooth Trackers and Smart Sensors undergo a final sync-test before shipping, which may add an extra 24 hours to ensure quality.

2. Shipping Rates & Speed

We’ve simplified our shipping tiers to keep your experience clutter-free:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): Free on orders over $75. Otherwise, a flat rate of $6.95.

  • Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): For those "I need to organize this now" moments. Calculated at checkout based on location.

  • International Shipping: We ship order to over 50 countries. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on local customs.

3. Tracking Your Transformation

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a "Shipment Confirmed" email containing your tracking number and a direct link to our Live Tracking Portal.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package goes "off the grid":

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early).

  • If it’s still missing, contact our Support Squad within 7 days. We will open an investigation and, if necessary, ship a replacement immediately.
