Digital Products: Our Inventory Management App subscriptions and downloadable guides are non-refundable once accessed.
2. Hassle-Free Return Process
To start a return, use our "Digital Withdrawal Button" in your account dashboard or visit our [Returns Portal].

Step 3: Print your prepaid shipping label (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund).
3. Damages & Smart-Tech Issues
If your item arrives damaged or your Bluetooth Tracker/Smart Sensor is defective:

We will ship a replacement express at no cost to you. We stand by the quality of our tech!
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse:
