1. The 30-Day Order Window

We want you to love your new organized life. If a product isn't working for your space, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Digital Products: Our Inventory Management App subscriptions and downloadable guides are non-refundable once accessed.

2. Hassle-Free Return Process

To start a return, use our "Digital Withdrawal Button" in your account dashboard or visit our [Returns Portal].

  • Step 1: Enter your order number and email.

  • Step 2: Select the items you wish to return.

  • Step 3: Print your prepaid shipping label (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund).

3. Damages & Smart-Tech Issues

If your item arrives damaged or your Bluetooth Tracker/Smart Sensor is defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@qlyrex.com with a photo of the damage.

  • We will ship a replacement express at no cost to you. We stand by the quality of our tech!

4. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse:

  • Approval: We will notify you via email.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Store Credit: Opt for store credit instead of a refund and get an extra 5% bonus to use on your next organization project!
